A small town in Oregon (U.S.A.) is asking for postcards from all over the world. In return, they will send back their recently created postcards about their town. What else could we ask?

I just wanted to invite all Postcrossers to contribute a postcard to an upcoming event:
Celebrating the Art of the Postcard
Help the Cornelius Post Office celebrate the joy of small works of art and personal communication. Cornelius is a small town in Western Oregon, known for hazelnuts, blueberries and vineyards. Here at the local post office we noticed that for visitors there was no way of sending a local postcard to share the cool things about this unique little town. We’re working on that! Share your postcard with us and get one of the ones we are producing!
Exhibition: Begins January 11, 2010 in the lobby of the Cornelius, OR Post Office.
Make sure to include your return address to receive one of our postcards in return and to be included in the list of participants.

Got it ready to go out with Monday's mail. Although I live in the largest (population) city on the southwest coast of Florida, we neither have a postmaster nor local postcards. I know of exactly three postcards that are sold that say the name of my city.

I will be sending one also. I did not see, since you are advertising the many beauties and the many differences in your area, are we limited to one.
I would like to see the agriculture, like the fruits and the art or business , especially if they are in the older buildings, or even bridges.
And I did notice that many cities/towns have awesome bridges, but never take photos of them to make postcards out of them.
We have at least two in the city I live in.
Ok well I will be sending out postcard one, and I will check back to see if I can send the second one.

I got # 310 today. Thanks a lot to the city of Cornelius. I hope this has inspired other people to send cards, and perhabs even make cards for new cities.
