hi! my name is ana and i'm a 30-something year old (usually) living in a quiet fisherman's town in the southwest tip of europe... but often found in other places. i studied computer science and work on postcrossing all day, replying to emails, writing blog posts and generally trying to keep everyone happy. the rest of the time, i spend traveling, making lists, writing posts on my own blog, and taking photos with crappy cameras.
i love the kind of slow exploration that living in other countries allows and so far, i've lived in groningen (NL), shanghai (CN), ljubljana (SI) and berlin (DE) for a few years at a time — i keep fond memories of all these cities of mine. i'm also a big foodie and think about food pretty much all the time... especially eggs! aren't they perfect?
and i cannot resist a good stationery shop, though my stock of postcards, washi tapes, rubber stamps and stickers would probably be enough for 2 lifetimes already... :)
here are some of my favourite things in life :
airmail stickers, autumn, banoffee pies, bees, bbc sherlock, boathouses, blogging, books that smell good, bikes, cabin pressure, crossfit, chemistry, children stories, calligraphy, colorful markers, crafts, crocs, chocolate, cinnamon & cardamom, cuddles, coffee, cooking, day dreaming, duct tape, darkrooms, eggs 🍳 (i looove them!), film photography, fanfiction, the word "gezellig", geocaching, glühwein, gaston lagaffe, handwritings, history, hiking, handmade postcards, holga, jip & janneke, knitting, lists, london, languages, maps, musicals, minox, news clipping, nordic design, notebooks, old photos and posters, open air markets, paulo, people-watching, procrastination, polaroid, public transportation, pomelos, piano and violins, pomegranates, postcrossing, pancakes, postman pat, raspberries, slovenia, second hand shops, scarves, stripes, scrapbooks, snow, stationery, speculaas, science, sunny winter days, swimming, shorts and tshirts, storytelling, tea, traveling, the smell of tobacco factories in autumn, vla, walking in my socks, waking up early, washi tapes, white surfaces, writing, zines...
