I live in a rural area in Australia where we experience all the seasons (but not winter snow, just winter cold) :)
Sunset is my favourite time of the day – a few things I do in quieter moments: crochet, drink coffee, read, sew, write and drink more coffee (well maybe i drink coffee at all times ;) )
When I travel, parks and botanical gardens are my top of my places to explore, followed by libraries and galleries
Just send me a nice postcard - send a card you would love to receive yourself.
I do prefer landscapes/nature rather than cityviews. I would prefer my cards in an envelope if it does not cost you extra as the envelopes are protecting the cards on their travels (and I do enjoy lovely stamps).
These are the areas of study for 2018 by the Country Womens Association, so cards of these themes would be great

some other notes
I register all cards when i am home and if away, i'll do them when i am home again (they wait safely in my post office box)
and if i am away for a month or more i set my account as inactive
here is the link to how inactive status works
In the spirit of Postcrossing, please remember to register *all* cards you receive from postcrossers
close your account if you have lost interest in this project... be fair with this project
As my number of cards sent has increased, so has the number of expired cards - mostly to people who no longer log on to this site :( I, and other people, have spent money on buying cards and (expensive) stamps so having expired cards is frustrating...
One Final Note
It is always delightful to receive a card from you – please make sure you identify yourself with the card id # or your postcrossing name, so I can acknowledge receipt, especially for thankyou cards – I don’t always remember everyone I’ve sent a card to …
