Because it’s fun to check what others have sent and received, we have created the Postcrossing gallery! It’s a section where you can shuffle through all the postcards uploaded to Postcrossing. Or, if you’re curious to discover what a certain country looks like, you can choose to browse only the postcards from that country: just select it from the list!
But, that’s not all! We have received many requests to be able to leave comments on the postcards so we’ve just finished adding that. Head over to the page of a postcard and you now have a place to leave your feedback there.
We have other things on the oven getting ready so keep coming back! And as always, we appreciate your feedback to improve the project.

Would you receive an email if someone left a comment on one of your postcard pics?
Lake: yes, both the sender and the receiver of the postcard get notified by email. These email notifications can however be disabled on your 'Edit profile' section if wish you so.
Thanks for that - it makes the wall far more interesting, as far as I'm concerned. It's great that the gallery is accessible for people who aren't logged in as well. It should be a good shop window for Postcrossing.

Thank you for all the changes! I like the new features. Could you possibly allow for simple HMTL? I would like to link to the Flickr image of the postcard since the resolution is reduced during upload to postcrossing.

I really, really like the postcard walls, and that we can comment. Somewhere in the future it would be great to be able to see on the wall how many comments a card has collected. It would foster more back-and-forth commentary between members.
This is so great! I love this new feature, because I don't have a Flickr site yet, now I don't need it anymore :)! I liked to see, that some of my sent cards are on different walls to see, thats awesome! Thanks so much!
It would also be great to have a way of tracking your own comments so you can go back and see if there is a response.

This site is so great. I just love sending and recieving postcards. this site is great for that. It helps me send and recieve postcards from all around the world.

I think the new features are great and if the "country filter" could be applied to an individual account, that would make the postcard wall alomst perfect ;)
I agree with the request of tag system and also I would really appreciate if it would be possible to go to a random page when browsing the galleries - it's quite boring when you want to see all the cards from a given country and you have to go from the beginning...and the next day again...and again... :)
The postcard wall is a wonderful feature. I love it. I browse the wall of every member I come into contact with. The comments are nifty, too.
I love the fact that you can see what other's have sent and the comments. I wish there was a wish list ( can be limited) until wish is granted because I see so many beautiful cards that others have received and I hope to receive or maybe answer someone else's wish.
I just received notice that my very first postcard arrived. I am sooo excited. I am truely glad that I found this web site and I have forwarded it to all my friends
