What is the name of your city?

It says Nizhnevartovsk on the map where Jana´s mailbox is standing. The text on the card is Dvorets Art (=iskusstv). I don´t know if "Dvorets" is the name of a town or the house itself. I could not find it on my Atlas.

After checking my Russian dictionary I found out that "dvorets" means "palace". So the text on the card is "Art Palace", or as the Russians say "Palace Art". The same way their Metro station is station Metro (a fine example how the point of view can be different in different languages). So this is probably the Art Palace of Nizhnevartovsk?

Thanks, guys, for answering my question. In Spanish we could use that word order too and say "palacio de las artes" and "estación de metro"...
