Giganotosaurus, meaning "Giant Southern Lizard," is among the world's largest meat-eating dinosaurs. Discovered in Argentina, this carnivore lived 100 million years ago and measured 47 feet long, including its six-foot skull bearing eight inch serrated teeth.
