Rainbow Military Community is a story about taking care of one's own life. It is a modest "military dependents village" that is no longer modest but a hot-spot that people all over the world do visit. All due to the wonderful, inspiring, colorful paitings of Huang Yung-fu, an 86-year-old veteran from Taichung City.
