About Brigitte...
Hello.
What a pleasure to meet you!
Er, Hhmm, all right... I have to wait a little while longer. Hopefully it is only a little while. But, be it two days or several weeks it is so wonderful to know that somewhere on this beautiful, amazing world someone has got my address per random-click...YOU
.....and now wonders...
.....what to send....
.....what to write...
Well, I can put you a little bit at ease... hope so.
I have no list. Only maybe some ideas that might give an inspiration what kind of postcard you might like to choose and send to me:
* what you like
* what makes you smile
* what shows me the beauty of where you live
* what you do find worth sharing
* what place you consider beautiful, breathtaking or simply enjoy.
* what touches your heart (animals, kids, people, art, cities,
quotes, funny cards, wise/funny words - whatever!)
ALL cards are welcome. ALL cards that I have received so far have put a smile on my face. So don't worry. I will love your postcard!
And concerning what you might write: Maybe
* a little bit about yourself,
* your dreams,
* wishes,
* hopes,
* your life,
* your culture
* a quote you like
* a movie you loved
* a fav music/song
* a book worth to read
* or whatever does please you.
Last not least a little bit about myself:
Living in a part of the beautiful city Wiesbaden (Bing-Pics: https://www.bing.com/images/search?q=wiesbaden+bilder&qpvt=wiesbaden+bilder&form=IGRE&first=1&tsc=ImageBasicHover)
which is pretty close to the UNESCO World Heritage Site “Upper Middle Rhine Valley”. If you like take a quick tour click on the following link: https://whc.unesco.org/en/list/1066/video or read more about it on the UNESCO Upper Middle Rhine Valley website.
I work as freelance writer and journalist, love Jazz and classical music; art, specially modern art; love to read... and read a little bit more; love to garden; hike and take long strolls in the woods - and of course meet my friends.
Bleib gesund. Stay healthy and take care.
Sending my love, Brigitte
PS. The picture shows an evening view out of my window.
PPS: And to give you a little glimpse of how beautiful this world is, just listen to one of my favorite songs: "What a wonderful world" performed by d K.D. Lang: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jSkxtX8sB6U
Takes only 4 minutes: Time that lifts your spirits! Especially in times like this!
