Imperial palace.
Original name is Forbidden City, occupying more than 7.2 millions square meters, building are covers around 1.5 square meters. Imperial Palace is Ming and Qing dynasty`s palace, it`s our country`s largest and most completed kept ancient architecture group in extant. All Imperial Palace`s architecture is constituted by "front palace" and "latter palace", its surroundings are circled by city wall. Cheese river encloses the whole palace. There are corner tower in every cornerof city and each side has a gate, the south gate is called Wu Gate, it`s Imperial Palace`s portal.
