I live in Portugal, but I'm American. I love travelling, so I like to receive postcards with different monuments and landscapes, or traditional symbols, food or clothes. I am a bookaholic and also enjoy receiving postcards with quotes, especially literary ones. When it really comes down to it, any type of postcard in my mail box makes me happy and feels so much more special than the many emails or messages I send online everyday.!
I am a teacher and I'm planning to start a world wall in my classroom of all the different countries I receive postcards from. I also hope to get my students as excited about postcrossing as I am.
