I live in a northern city of about 23,000 people. There are a lot of things to do outdoors - ski, hike, bike, walk, run....

But my true loves are film, theatre, cooking, and dancing. I have been a very active volunteer in the theatre community here - I've acted, directed, produced, and taught improv skills for amateur theatre groups in town. I don't do as much of that now. I'm finding I enjoy being in front of a fire in my backyard much more. I also knit and cross-stitch and such. I'm not talented enough to create my own patterns, but I do have fun with the ones I find.

I love to travel and have been to Thailand, Malaysia, and Laos, I spent a month in New York, another in Belfast, Ireland. I don't get the chance very often for big adventures, so I am looking forward to seeing what comes next.

For some reason I am addicted to collecting postcards. :D
