Hi! My name is Alexander. I live in the city of Uryupinsk (Volgogradskaya oblast') The river Khoper, where is Uryupinsk, more than ten thousand years old. It is a tributary of the Don. Tourists from all over the world come here to relax. This place is rich in varied vegetation and is home to various animals, some of them listed in the Red book. Today Uryupinsk is a beautiful, growing city that has many attractions. It is famous for its down products made by local craftsmen. In the city even put a monument to goat-nurse. It is cut from a solid stone in full human growth. The monument is annually visited by thousands of tourists, not only from Russia.
