we live in a little village in the south, near the belgian border
I am used to work as a childrens nurse in a hospital in the town nearby (EINDHOVEN)
I like my work

the reason that we like postcrossing is that it is so nice to sent and to get some friendly words from /to people all over the world you did not know before
we think it helps the world a little bit to live in peace together.

may be it would help when our politicians also would join us and they so discovered that we, normal people, hate wars and only like to live in peace with other countries and religions

I am interested in postcards of:

-the town or village where you live,
-a photograph of your livingroom or your kitchen,
-the place/building you work,
-landscapes
-some important vieuw in your envirement
-all kinds of art

We are interested in your life, family, work/study, politics, dreams and wishes, your pets, garden, sport, holidays, how you feel and all other items you wish to share with us

beside working we spent many hours a week in walking with our dear dog, named SPOCK, a 6 years old LABRADOR. he likes it to go his own way in the woods nearby.

we also often
visit a museum,
read books/papers/magazines (non ficty),
ride bike,
go shopping,
go to the cinema/theater,
we are interestet in politics and science(especial medical)

during our hollidays we like walking in the mountains (dolomites italy)
or to visit beautiful towns
we already were in Rome, Praha, Paris, london, Vienna (Austria), Bruxelles, Cologna (Köln), New-York (and of course in Amsterdam) and many others,
in 2015 we intend to visit St. Peterburg, (Russia)
we also made a trip to Iceland and to Antarctica to visit the PINGUINS. the last one was the most interesting of all !!!
