About Gloria...

Hi, I'm a girl from Taiwan who has a wide variety of interests:
*I like to play soccer and many other kinds of ball games.
*I like to read all kinds of novels and fictions, like Harry Potter and the Assassin series by Robin Hobb, and I especially like mystery, fantasy, and detective stories.
*I listen to American pop, traditional Chinese music, choir music, and many others. I've been addicted to Jean-Baptiste Maunier and his voice (and of course his looks!!!) since I was 13, but sadly can't find many of his songs after he changed his voice.
*I like to learn languages. Aside from Mandarin Chinese and English, I've learned French, Japanese, Latin, and Manchu language, although I am not fluent at these languages. I'm currently learning Hebrew.
*I love animals. Birds are my favorite. I have 2 Java finches at my house now.

I don't have any objections to any kind of postcards, really. Free cards or handmade cards are all fine with me. Just please write a few words on it.

If you're looking for something more specific, here are some ideas: (just ideas, not required. Again anything is fine with me)
*Distinctive bird(s). Birds are my favorite animal and I would be very happy to get one with bird(s) on it.
*Anything about your traditional culture: buildings, words, arts, etc.
*Anything about my interests: soccer, animals, books, etc.
*Disney
*Detective Conan
*Or just send me the card that you accidentally bought one day and has been lying in your drawer ever since and you really don't know who you can send it to. I'll still be really grateful and happy when I receive it :D

I love to read and know more about different cultures, so I would be very glad to know more about anyone who's sending me a postcard or the place and culture they live in. Maybe your interests, a book you just read that you think is really good (of course you can still write it if you think it's really bad; I'll remember never to open it) or a song you just heard. Or maybe something written in your language or just share with me anything that's on your mind now. Thank you so much!

**Please include your address on the postcard if you want to get a return postcard from me. I'd most gladly give you one! :)))

I apologize for the very long address in English :(

p.s. I'm currently learning Hebrew, and discovering that My Japanese and French skills are going downward due to lack of using. So I want to look for pen pals who can speak any of these languages. You don't have to be a native speaker, but I'm hoping you've at least learned for one year and can speak or write some simple sentences. Of course it's best if you are fluent in any of these languages and can correct my mistakes. And for this pen pal I might want to switch to normal mail instead of postcard, because I can then write more stuff. A postcard occasionally would be fine with me though. But I'm still open to any kind of postcard exchange or pen pals :D
