Γεια σε όλους (Hello to everybody) and warm greetings from Greece!

My name is Vana and I live in Athens, the beautiful, yet underrated, capital of Greece. I'm a mental health professional, working with children & adults.

I <3: travelling in Greece, Europe & worldwide (I'm a real addict!), water (sea, rivers, lakes), nature, photography, trekking, Greek summer, ethnic cuisines, snail mail, reading, long walks and talks, cooking, postcards, fashion, rain, cinema evenings, museums, art, outdoor activities, Sunday brunch and much more!

I also <3 Postcrossing! I have been a postcard addict since a very young age, always buying cards from my trips and asking my friends to send me from their ones as well! I enjoy sending & receiving cards, plus learning new stuff! I love the process of trying to find the ideal card for each recipient! But most of all I like the fact I have met many great and generous people from different countries and cultural backgrounds (and even from my own country!)! :)

Write me something about you! I really like to read about the lives of other people! We have so many similarities, even if we live thousands kilometers far from each other!

Postcrossers dall' Italia possono scrivermi in italiano!

I DON'T like very much city views (unless artistic), football/sport cards, regular map cards, flags, cartoons, fruits & vegetables, kittens/puppies, cute babies & toddlers, celebrities/royal families, Christmas/celebration cards (unless you have something with vintage style), churches/monuments (unless artistic). But if you're having trouble finding something else don't feel bad, any card is welcome!

You can check out my "favourites" to take more ideas about the styles I prefer (many of them are cards that I have already received)! Please check out my "received" ones to avoid duplicates. :)

Scanning: when I 1st joined Postcrossing I used to scan all the cards received immediately. Now it can take me quite a long time to do it. So, if you want your card scanned soon, just do it yourself! There are free apps available. :)
