Hello!

I am originally from Newcastle Australia, but I now call Westport, Ireland home!
I love to travel and experience new cultures, that is why I moved away from Australia by myself to England 4 years ago. I met my husband there. I absolutely loved it, and have only been back to Australia for 6 months since then to work in a ski resort. (Yes, it does snow in Australia).
I would love to receive a postcard with your town or country on it. I would also love if you could describe a few things about your town/city on the back, and what you like to do for fun. I especially love recipes for cultural food. My husband is a chef, so we are always cooking. We both work in a brilliant restaurant together, but he does all of the cooking while I look after the customers.

I am really into my wine. I love the whole process that goes into making such a wonderful beverage. Sadly, there is no wine making areas in my country, so I have to go abroad to satisfy my taste. I am also into beer. Everyone knows Ireland for their Guinness, but we also have plenty of other tasty beers. If you like beer and wine, what is your local drink? What is your favourite? I collect beer coasters from everywhere I go, so maybe you could send one?

I also quite like music. Some of my favourite genres are metal, thrash, punk, Australian garage, garage, Australian rock, traditional folk, and sometimes a little bit of One Direction when I'm feeling nostalgic. Let me know what kind of music you like to listen to.
I am also a lover of cats and snowy owls.
