Hi,
my name is May-Britt - but I'm totally fine with being called May. I'm over 30 already and I'm a professional social worker. I live in a small bavarian town called Pfarrkirchen which is well-known for its pilgrimage church and for horses.

I'm interested in genealogy, photography, and learning new languages. Right now I began learning Polish, which will be my fifth language. I'm a native speaker of German and Danish; in school, I learned English and French (and Latin - but who counts this? ;)). Since I speak and read Danish I understand a lot of things in Norwegian and Swedish.

I love traveling but never got far away. My dream is to go on a road trip from Denmark to Sweden and Norway, Finland to the Baltic States and Poland, before returning. And a trip to Africa and maybe Australia and New Zealand/Aotearoa.

I love nature and animals, but also really love to learn about cultural things and other things, I didn't know before.

My hobbies include - besides learning languages and traveling - reading books, swimming and genealogy. Do you know, where your ancestors came from? :)
