About Romina...

Hi everyone. I'm Romina. I'm 26 and I come from further north but have been living close to the nation's capital for the past 8 years. I am taking a degree in European languages in the afternoons, work nights in a call center, and an aspiring writer/photographer/surfer/footballer in between and/or on weekends. I like to read books, comics and whatnots, play football, daydream about surfing, write in a journal, write letters to penpals, blog when I have the time, watch movies and certain TV series, listen to music, talk with friends, have quiet times, eat pizza and pasta, dream up stories and check out stuff on the net.

For postcards, I like seeing the following:

- natural and manmade landscapes
- art (contemporary or otherwise)
- architecture (esp. castles, palaces, places of worship, football stadiums, and libraries because I luurrve books)
- people doing traditional customs and/or playing football haha
- beautiful scenes and destinations
- vintage and/or historical scenes (scenes from previous wars, previous decades etc.) or artifacts
- nature scenes e.g. trees, flowers, marine life and wildlife
- surfing scenes
- Black and white art and photography
- Steampunk
- Studio Ghibli / Rurouni Kenshin
- football personalities/teams/fans (esp. in Germany, Spain, England and WC/Euro + Mia Hamm & Megan Rapinoe of the US Women's Team)
- Sandman / The Watchmen / V for Vendetta
- old Star Wars movies
- local food
- The Simpsons / Big Bang Theory / House / Daria / Doctor Who
- Pixar films, Tim Burton films esp. The Nightmare Before Christmas
- the Beatles, classic rock, new waves and 90s grunge/alternative bands
- book/reading-related postcards

- I would also appreciate some handmade cards. I've never had one :)

But do not be limited by what I've written above. I'll appreciate anything you send :)

I would also prefer cards to be STAMPED and WRITTEN ON. I love learning about other nations and their culture through the pictures on postcards and what the sender writes on it.

Cheers! ^_^
