Hey I'm Kenny Chang from Tainan City ,TAIWAN.
I 'm major in Applied English , because English is a door for me walking to the world , that's why I love English and post crossing.
I was born with some disabilities ,but never give up and passed the exam for civil service this year , now I am a civil servant ,
my interests are politics , public policy and administration.
