Hi,

my name is Stefanie, but everybody calls me Steffi. I'm from Berlin, Germany.

I stumbled across postcrossing over a friend of mine.
I always loved to write and receive mail in the mailbox, which has gotten very rare in the days of e-mail and social networks. So I'm really looking forward to receiving postcards from all over the world.

I do not favor any specific kind of postcard, but like:
• city postcards (no multiview)
• skylines
• modern art prints
• landscapes
• penguins and giraffes
• and royal familys!!! ;)
It would be also very nice if you could write the date that you're going to send the card on the postcard.

Else than writing and receiving postcards I like to knit, play guitar, read books, do anything crafty and I like to cook and try out new recipes and ingredients or just watch my budgies play.

I also used to be an exchange student in cold cold Canada, but I loved it and I'm obsessed with anything Canadian. So if I should get a postcard from Canada I would love if there would be anything typical Canadian on it. May it be landscape, skyline or Molson I will love it. Thats an easy one, eh? ;)

I number my postcards so you can always see at which count of sended postcards I am. :D

P.P.S. I will scan the postcards I receive, but I like to have a few together before I do so, so it might take a couple days. ;)
