theta-nika

Hi, I'm a Nika and I'm a yoga teacher. It's sounds, like I am an alcoholic))) but it is almost the 100 % truth. Once yoga became my hobby, and then it has become my job. I've never thought, that I will be a trainer. I've hated physical education classes. I have a degree of hr-manager and worked him for a 2 years.
But 4 years ago I have gone to study again, it was a theta-healing courses. So from this moment I've born like a healer of a body and mind. And have never stopped studiing till now.
I also do thai massage and Access Bars ( it is one of a kind of energetic massage). So, I like looking inside the person from the different part. Luckily, I'm not an autopsist.

My hobby is my job. I also like dancing from my childhood. I've danced profeccionally with the dancing group four almost 17 years. And because of it I also like use dance-therapy or bodywork therapy. And it is amazing to look how body and mind of my clients can easily changed with it in one lesson.

I adore my cat. He is black persian mixed with siberian. I love most of animals, especially nice looking and friendly. But wild cat, for example are also perfect.

I live in Chelyabinsk. This city became famous thanks to the impact of meteor in 2013. It case was telecast in many details, because the process of falling meteor was filmed on the dashcam by many citizens.

I love wild nature and travelling. That's why sometimes I go hiking to the Ural mountains, they are nearests mountains to me. Our region is really beautiful. It has many rivers, forests and again mountains. The last one are rather old and thanks to it are safety.

But I also like travelling to another country. It process makes my mind wider. I've been in the Greece, China, Croatia, Ukraine, Turkey, Thailand, Bulgaria. Not too much, but I hope it rank will be enlarge. So, It will be interesting for me to recognise something new or specific about your native land.
