Hi,

I´m Kathy from Germany, have 3 kids and am engaged to be married the second time.

I´m absolutely fond of reading! And curious by nature, which means: interested in almost anything... easily absorbed as well, and maybe a little impatient :-))

I love music, from classical to contemporary; anything I can dance on; currently I´m much into folk again, specially Scottish, and also Arabic.

Wish I could travel more, I´ve been to some charming places, including a trekking tour in Nepal and Tibet, and I´ve lived in Egypt with my fiancé for 3 years (miss it sooooo much!), but there´s a lot I´d still love to see.

Through postcrossing I hope to gather many new impressions of all the beautiful places and cultures of this world, and how people live there. So I´d like to know a few things about you, your life, your dreams, what is special about the place you live in...

And there is something else: at school I had French and Russian, and I also know a little Arabic. In order to improve (or remember what I once learned), I would be happy to read a few simple phrases from native speakers in those languages as well.
