My name is Tatja and I live in Amsterdam. What I like about postcrossing is the effort and time people put in sending a message or a special card.

To give you an idea of the kind of postcard you can send me ***Have a look at my favourites***!

To help you more:

*I would like to challenge you to visit your local museum and bring me a card from there. The smaller the museum the better! I love anything that has to do with art. I'd like to know what you thought was special in the museum or gallery.

* Go for a nice walk and tell me about the surroundings and about your favourite places. Make a photo if you can and send me the photo as a card.

I also like Historical cards that tell me about the place you live ore the people who live there. And I like Folklore, myths, magic, architecture, graphic design.

**Please do not send me : Classical touristic postcards with the name of the city on it, unless you write me a real good personal story with it :).

I'm interested in people and the environment they live in. So please tell me lots about your local surrounding, where you live, what you like about it and what not. Ore just tell me what happened to you on the day you write your card to me. I love small personal stories!
