Hello Postcrossers, greetings from Poland!
My name is Aga and I live in Masuria - "The Land of a Thousand Lakes" as people says. It's a beautiful part of Poland and that's fact, we have a lots of lakes here. ;)

Professionally, I work as a customer due diligence analyst for one of the largest British banks. During my day-to-day work I make sure that companies don't do "bad things" like financing terrorism (e.g. russian govement, do not try change my mind - too many people have been killed, also my family and friends), money laundering and avoiding taxes. Sometimes on my work I feel like a ninja and although this job is often very complicated - I love it.
Personally, I am a student of psychology of the business, an amateur traveler and a dog mom. A few years ago I adopted a husky female from shelters.
I love learning new things - I've had a lot of different hobbies and interests over the years. I crocheted, embroidered, drew, sketched, sang, played the guitar, glued wooden models, trained aikido, volleyball and basketball. I also wrote articles for the local newspaper and... (do not laught!) almost wrote a book.
I am an optimist and strongly believe that people are good, the world is beautiful, and every stories - even the most trivial ones - should be told. I love listening and getting to know other people, cultures, countries, places. I am constantly trying to broaden my horizons.
I speak Polish (my native language), English and Ukrainian. In the past I also learned Russian, Italian (and Latin at school) and Japanese - I know the basics, but unfortunately I wasn't use them, so I don't remember much. I am currently learning Spanish and Danish, both on my own. If you are reading this - feel free to write me something in your language! ;)
One of my plans and dreams for the coming years is to master 10 languages by my 35th birthday.

I don't have any big expectations for postcards. I know that if you see the perfect one for me - you will know it, choose it and sent it.
