Hello,
my name is Diana

I live in Kyiv, Ukraine and I like my city a lot. Nevertheless, I enjoy travelling and discovering new places - or new details about the places I visited before. My travelling geography is not that big for now. Strangely enough, I have bypassed most of must-see cities in Western Europe. But I am in love with Belgium, Germany, Sweden, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia, Czech Republic, Poland and Turkey (Istanbul). I've been to Hungary (Budapest), Belarus (Minsk) and Serbia (Beograd, Novi Sad) as well. Also to Armenia (Yerevan) and Russia (Yekaterinburg). So, much of Europe and Asia is still to discover.

In my "usual life" I work at non-governmental organization as an analyst and everything from a poster-writer to furniture-finder (NGOs are so interactive and multi-tasking - this is what I like about them) and I write a PhD dissertation about NGOs in Ukraine. My way of life was determined by yoga some 7 years ago: I try living openly and sincerely and making as little harm to people and nature as I can. I am a vegetarian. I like clean and light spaces. My hobbies are drawing and writing fairy tales or stories for my friends. I enjoy reading contemporary writers and poets and listening to various kinds of music. Books and tunes actually feel like means of communication to me. I am an introvert so I am quite fine when left alone. But I am friendly and communicative, and enjoy meeting nice and interesting people in my travels. And just recently I have learnt to ride a bicycle - cycling makes me super happy now :)

I would like to receive a postcard that can tell something about you - anything you would like to share about any aspect of your life or surrounding :) just to give you an idea, these could be city views, nature, seasons, clouds, sea or water in general, people of your country. I like postcards with birds and animals, drawings and prints, handmade cards.

If you are sending me a card in November, I would like to receive a Birthday card with "Happy birthday" written in your language :)
