Hi all!

What to say about me? I work at a local historical museum and I love my job! I also love baking, knitting, coffee, traveling, reading and running. I'm occasionally very complex person and other times very simple, like I suppose most of us are. :D I really can spend the whole day just reading, drinking tea and/or coffee and listening to music or watching movies. I'm a homebody and proud of it!

I'm very happy to receive any kind of postcard, with text or not, but if you can find something that has a "vintage" feeling to it I'd be extremely happy! I like old black and white photography, so b'n'w cards, cards with sepia tones, vintage ads, coloured b'n'w cards or anything other that resembles that old, vintage feeling are an absolute joy for me!

Propaganda posters of all kinds would be more than awesome! Especially WWII propaganda postcards!

Cards with curvaceous women would also be an absolute delight. I especially like the 1940s and 50s style pinup girls; anything to do with women with curves. For example Elvgren Girls, Bomber Girls and the art of Ernest Chiriaka.

I would love, love, love if you could find me cards with old vehicles. Any kind of vehicle (especially old cars), but as always, the older the better.

I also like postcards that depict the city or the surroundings that you live in, like a town center. I love architecture, so pictures of gorgeous buildings are well received, too.

I would also love to receive postcards that have flowers in them, any flower; pansies, lilies, poppies, daisies, sunflowers, anything. The brighter, the better. I need some colour in my life and flowers do that for me.

Plus, I'm a bit of a geek, so comic book postcards or anything inspired would be lovely. Especially anything from the Franco-Belgian artists, like Herge, Uderzo, Franquin, Leloup and the like. I also welcome Marvel and DC comic book cards, but especially The Avengers postcards (no matter if movie franchise or comics based, I'll take it) and Arrow'verse inspired. If you can find me a postcard with Hawkeye or The Winter Soldier (or Bucky ;D) on it, I'll be forever grateful! Also, The Hobbit and LOTR are love, so if you can find me one of those, that would be lovely!

Any kind of postcard is more than welcome. And yes, I'd love to receive handmade cards. I won't turn any of them down, not a store bought, not handmade. Everything is accepted here. Everything.

If you have trouble coming up with something to write tell me what was the last book/movie/tv series/game/comic you read/watched/played. Or what's your favourite of those.

Please, no postcards in envelopes if at all possible! I love to see the wear and tear postcards get from traveling from all the corners of the Earth.
