Hello,

My name is Maria, I'm happy mother of two wonderful sons and I live in Riga, Latvia, one of the countries located in the Baltic.

I like art, music, fashion, photography, but most of all I adore travelling!
I am a keen traveller who loves exploring different countries and immersing myself in diverse cultures. I can surely agree that "The world is a book and those who do not travel read only one page" (St. Augustine).
As for me - travelling gives me a chance to learn not only about others, but as well a lot about myself... So this is what I really like!

In regards to postcrossing - I love original, vintage, weird, unusual and provocative postcards, but of course I will be glad to receive any postcard, although with the exception of baby animal postcards.
In case you have a beautiful postcard with peonies - you can surely send one to me, because for me these are the most luscious flowers!
If you send a postcard with your hometown vista, i will appreciate it if you could describe it, and what things attract you the most!
But if you will send me a postcard with motivational slogan - I will with great pleasure place it in my collection in front of my working place!

P.S. Please put a date on postcards as well so that I can keep a sequence.
