Hello out there!

I'm in St. John's, Newfoundland, on the edge of Canada's east coast, home to the most eastern point in North America (Cape Spear). St. John's is also the oldest city in North America, rich with history and a unique culture.

I love to travel, explore new places and meet new people. I have a great circle of family and friends around me, and they all keep me busy! I enjoy live music, art, writing, reading, movies, cooking, hiking, road trips and volunteering in the community.

I'm very lucky to have a job that I love, working at a shelter for women and children. I see a lot of good things happening there and I encounter amazing people every day, it doesn't feel much like work at all.

I'm new to Postcrossing. I recently came across a link to this website and it seemed like such an interesting idea; I think it will be fun to connect with people around the world!
