Hi! I'm Johanna, a 34 year old human being from Finland, living in Helsinki. I'm doing my PhD on European Ethnology (studying communities and feeling of belonging), but on my spare time I enjoy the company of my friends, drinking tea, thrift shopping, art exhibitions, drawing, painting, watching Netflix :D, and making music and jamming with my band (we're only beginners and doing it for fun!).

My other interests include..
- mermaids
- octopuses, whales, sea horses, amebas, other marine creatures
- underwater pictures
- weird and obscure stuff
- feminism, DIY, punk, LGBTIQA+
- black and white photography
- old/vintage/retro photos with people in them
- old ad cards
- graffiti and street art (preferably no Banksy though)
- old fairy tale themes native to your country
- traditional things in your culture
- minimalism

You can send me cards on these themes if you like, but all cards are appreciated. Surprise me with your favourite! I also love washi tape and cute stickers and usually decorate my cards with those.

However, please no butterflies or moths of any kind. Please. NO. Also no Christmas cards. Not interested in boats or naval stuff particularly either.

- the card you sent me especially if there is part of your culture presented
- how's your life and who are you
- how's your day been or what have you been doing today
- your fave band or musician (that might be unknown here in Finland and I should check out)
- your favourite book
- whatever you feel like, no pressure :)
