Hi!
My name is Asya and I have an awful handwriting. I always wanted to send a sample of it to as many persons as possible, so when a friend of mine introduced me to postcrossing I finally realised how to make my dream come true.
I was always very keen on learning languages and never was very persistent person, so je ne comprends pas bien le français, morgen, morgen, nur nicht heute, sagen alle faulen Leute, vesihiisi sihisi hississä, but at least I can speak gibberish in English.
Most of my time devoted to worshipping my cat. It sort of proclaimed Itself the goddess of the apartment, so I have to construct soft pedestals and cosy temples in every corner and on each flat surface and sacrifice a lot of food. In my spare time I really enjoy rope jumping, parachute jumping, belly dancing, hustle dancing, making home cosmetics, sewing/knitting/beading clothes and accessories, taking part in any kind of suggested activities. I also love reading, cooking (well, eating), net surfing, watching videos, chatting, swimming though these are not occupations, I guess.
I'm looking forward to any card, just kindly scribble a few lines for me. But if you're an avid postcrosser and enjoy picking something special for a person, here is a huge list (really, I have never imagined there are that many postcards):

- handmade

- views of your country (objects of note, costumes, nature, people, festivals, maps, crafts and arts) - anything you consider remarkable and worth seeing

- pieces of art from your country ("I have paintings and jewelry from all over the world" - doesn't it sound cool?)

- myths and fairytales of your country

- Doctor Who (I am not just a whovian, I'm a whoniac. I'm actually running every day just in case the Doctor shows up and picks me as a companion)

- Tom of Finland

- Germany national football team (no, I liked it before the last championship. I was all crazy about Oliver Kann when I was a kid)

- Sin City (esp. Marv)

- optical illusions, fractals, etc.

If you have no idea what to write, write about:
- recent heartwarming/funny moments of your life
- city legends of your country
- the song you really love
- the book everyone should read
