Hi! My name is Katya (full name Ekaterina). I was born and raised on the banks of the huge Russian Volga River in a city where rocket carriers are assembled for launching into space.

I am a historian by education, the scope of my interests is very wide. Since 2016, I have been raising the remains of soldiers who remained on the battlefields during the Second World War. In spring, summer, and autumn (as it turns out), my friends and I work in tents under snow/rain/frost/wind where blood was shed.

At any time of rest, I knit, sew, travel around the country, and I really like to cook and eat :)

I recently moved to live in the Caucasus in the city of Pyatigorsk, an area where there are a huge number of mineral springs. This place became the Russian Baden-Baden in the 19th century.
