About Sasha...
I like juggling.
I juggle lemons, hobbies and work.
I'm a barista at weekends, a graphic designer on Mondays, a jazz pianist on Tuesdays, a programmer on Wednesdays, a philosophy student on Thursdays and a linguist on Fridays.
Have as much fun as you can sending me a postcard.
If you know exactly what you feel like doing, go ahead without a second thought.
If you're asking yourself how to go about that, look, I sketched an action plan below:
1. pick the weirdest/ugliest/most boring card you have
or find one with old people or anything art-related
or draw/print/cut one out of a cereal box yourself
Stickers, doodles, wrinkles, coffee and tea stains (both intentional and not) are very welcomed.
2. write one or more of the following:
- a short weather report
- what you once cooked to impress someone (and if it was a success)
- a good name for a striped gray kitten
- an idiom/expression/saying/slang word you find peculiar or use a lot
- a card game you know
- a bad joke
- a superstition you or your mum believe in
- a very awful or truly great movie/song/book
Using a language I don't speak, Morse code or a cipher is an amazing
idea.
3. now, the coolest thing you can do:
pop the card into an envelope and enclose any random useless item
you've got handy: a bus ticket forgotten in your pocket, a flyer fished
out of your bag, a brochure, a candy wrap, an old stamp, a business
card, a piece of a poster, virtually anything light and small
Here you have it, well done, there's no way I'm not smiling when I open the mailbox.
Take care, enjoy yourself, be sure to drop me a line if you feel like it!
