Hi there! My name is Vasilisa and I’m from Russia. I’m 16 years old and I study at school now. I like learning about other countries and their cultures so I’m glad to join postcrossing community :) My hobbies are reading and watching movies/shows by the way, and I also like listening to music. One of my favourite singers is Taylor Swift:)

I love paintings and art history a lot and I also enjoy watching other countries’ architecture sights (they are obviously pieces of art too!).
My favourite movie is Amélie (Le Fabuleux Destin d’Amélie Poulain) and my favorite shows are Criminal Minds (I watched all the seasons!!) and Merlin BBC!
I really like cats. As a cat person I have two beautiful cats. One is a boy, his name is Apelsin (“Orange” in Russian) and a girl, her name is Sonya. I love them so much. My favorite character from Harry Potter’s series is Luna Lovegood!
update: My beloved cat Apelsin is missing, he's been gone for almost over a year now. I miss him very much. if you had a similar experience, please write your story. It will help me a lot.

But since I’m a beginner in postcrossing I don’t have any special preferences in postcards. I will be glad to any postcards, because YOU are the one who chose it for me!:)
But please keep in mind that I’m a minor.

You can also write something about yourself, your school and study experience, about school system in your country, about things you like now or liked when you were a teenager!

I also have a little brother, so if you have some postcards with Minecraft or Fortnite, or with different types of cars (it doesn’t matter if its vintage or a new car), he would be really happy!
