Hi, I'm Martha and I live in the beautiful city of Leeuwarden, the capital of Friesland (the northern part of the Netherlands). I am fond of different kinds of art, especially Art Nouveau, Jugendstil, Symbolism and Magic Realism. My favourite artists are Gustav Klimt, Sir Lawrence Alma Tadema, Ingres, Toulouse-Lautrec, Kandinsky, Victor Moya, Alphonse Mucha, Emma Lindström, Jeroen Bosch, John William Waterhouse, John Everett Millais, Picasso, Rembrandt, Frans Hals and I like the digital artwork of Christian Schloe and Natalie Ferstendik. I paint also myself: realistic portraits.

Further on I like to dance in the weekends in a sparkling dress with my friends on joyful disco music ;) This is fun!

I am also a people-lover. I love faces and different personalities. I would like to see people unite all over the world. Postcrossing is a nice way to make contact with each other.
