I'm married and live with 10 birds , 4 Cockatiels, 4 Lorikeets and 2 Quaker parrots. I am a volunteer with a wildlife organization called Woop Woop Wildlife Rescue Inc and am now their secretary.At meetings carers bring their native animals so you get to see all sorts of Australian animals like kangaroos but mostly orphaned joeys, possums, gliders, native birds etc.

Am a Christian but don't attend any particular church but enjoy having fellowship and prayer with believers.

I love gardening, arts and crafts,BBC period dramas, English comedies,swimming ,snorkeling, spas ,the beach and nature, good food, online bargain shopping and postcrossing of course. Would love to learn to scuba dive and one would love to travel everywhere so far have only been to Vanuatu. Am most happy when driving on long trips like from Toowoomba to Melbourne -18hrs and going via inland highways.

I watch lots of TV shows online from www.free-tv-video-online , as they are not either in Australia or are very behind. At the moment I'm watching Mr Selfridge, The Blacklist, Madam Secretary, Community, Reign, Forever, The Middle and Outlander. Some of the ones I'm waiting for new seasons to start are Death in Paradise, Selfie(very Funny), Gotham and The Lottery.I also love Science fiction like Star Trek,Battlestar Galactica,Firefly,Warehouse13,
Caprica,V, Defiance, Doctor Who, Andromeda,Farscape,Eureka, Sanctuary and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D (at times).

My husband and I have a passion for collecting stuff from garage sales and bargain places and markets but we have run out of space now and since we have moved are having a big cull but just recently started buying stuff again.Am looking forward to renovating some of the pieces of furniture.

Originally we come from the state of Tasmania a large island south of the mainland of Australia but currently live in toowoomba in Queensland.

I am on dialysis and like receiving mail .
