As traveling is one of my favorites, but rather expensive to do all the time, I'd like you to show your surroundings. But not only in place, in time as well.
If you can, I'd prefer to receive postcards from your town/village how it looked around 1850-1950. More recent is very welcome as well. If a card of your city or village is not available, please send me a card of a place nearby.

If you like, please tell me something about the place where you live, what you like (or don't) about the place. Oneliners are nice as well.

If you cannot or do not want to send me a card I ask for, it is fine to send me something else. Please do not send me handmade postcards, postcards of animals or cartoons. Free postcards are ok as long as they are original. I like colorful cards, preferably photo's.
I do my best to find a card as requested by you, please do the same for me.

About myself:
I am a father of three children (16 and 20+). My work is in ICT as an independent professional. My free time I spend with my children, my girlfriend and her daughter and friends and family.
Hobbies are photography, scouting, driving my motorcycle, running.
