Good evening!

I am a 33 years old social work student and a freelance writer. I've also studied textile design and I graduated as a designer in 2006. I live with a bearded man, we've been together already for seven years - oh dear! We live in an old wooden house 100 meters from the famous market square of Kuopio, drink a lot of coffee and like to put some cheese on our slices of bread.

I love knitting woolly socks and weaving rag rugs. I have a strange interest in cardboard boxes, they really appeal to me in all their cardboardness. I eat avocados and plant the seeds to see if I can make them vegetate. I also like swimming, running and reading.

Here are things that inspire me the most:
- bicycles
- circus and carousels
- old buildings
- old black and white pictures
- moomins and Pippi Longstockings aka Pippi Långstrump
- cows
- drinking coffee
- Soviet Union propaganda
- knitting!!
- traditional costumes and customs
- anything related to textile design (knitting, weaving, sewing, loom, crochet...)
- true artists such as Janis Joplin, Jim Morrison and most of all Patti Smith.
- music festivals, especially Roskilde Festival in Danmark.
- LOVE
- ... and after all this could you really believe that I dig royal families... It would be awesome to receive cards of kings and queens!
