Hi! My name is Anne and I'm 19 years old. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, but I have recently moved to Dublin, Ireland to study English literature and German at Trinity College. As my address changes regularly, I'm using my parents' address back home for postcrossing. My mother is Dutch and my father French, which resulted in me being raised bilingually. I learned English at a very young age (thank you, Cartoon Network!) and I have been taught German for five years in secondary education. Languages and literature have fascinated me for a very long time now, and I hope to master many more tongues in the future. I am currently following courses in Spanish, Arabic and Russian, but it will surely take me a long time before I reach the hoped-for level of proficiency.

Please don't hesitate to write to me in French, German or Dutch, instead of English, because I understand those languages perfectly. As for the postcards themselves: I have no specific wishes, choose and write whatever you want! I would, however, like it if you mark the date you wrote/sent the card.
