Hi.My first name is Kyoko, which is rather common as a woman's name in Japan.I live at Toyama City in Japan. Toyama lies midway of Japanese Archipelago on Japan Sea side. We have much snow here but the temperature is not so low in winter.

I've been married over thirty years and we have two children, a son and a daughter. Over twenty years ago we lived at Tokyo. My husband changed his job and we moved to Toyama, my hometown.

I like reading through my life. I enjoy some foreign books through translation. To some extent I read English. So reading English books is one of my favorite hobbies. I am not so outgoing but I am interested in learning other countries and people from other cultures. Postcrossing is a good way to learn these things without leaving my house.
