The post system in my area becomes really strange. Postcards and envelopes from all over the world do arrive but they arrive very slowly. In addition, cards with my Chinese address often arrive within 20 days while those with the English address ofter cost over 40 days to reach. So using Chinese address is highly appreciated and recommended.
