hello everybody!

my name is Masha (short for Maria), i study linguistics at university.

i come from a small Russian town in Chuvash Republic, one of the two official languages of wich, in addition to Russian, is Chuvash (it's a turkic language). the region is famous for its brewery, solar modules company; Andriyan Nikolayev, the third Soviet cosmonaut to fly into space, was born here.

i think that postcrossing is fun 'cause it gives you an opportunity to get to know people from different parts of the world.

any postcards are welcome! (however, i'll be very happy and grateful to you if you send me one with Harry Potter or anything connected with it, i'm a huge fan!)
i also don't mind receiving a handmade postcard :)

so now i should probably follow postcrossing.com tips and write about some things that i like to make this profile more interesting and fun to read :)

- When I Kissed A Teacher by ABBA is a song that never fails to brighten up my mood a bit
- La La Land and Dead Poets Society are two films that i can think of right now that impressed me the most
- Tangled is my favorite animated film ever (i feel like i'm about to cry every time i watch them releasing the lanterns), but all Disney and Pixar films are good
- i attend theatre club at my university
- i have an english cocker spaniel (do you have a dog? or a cat? a lizard? a bug? maybe a horse or a goose? say hi to them from me!)
