Hello and nice to meet you!

My name is Alya, I live in Krasnogosrk, Russia. It's a small beautiful town located very close to Moscow.
I like reading, my favourite writers are Terry Pratchett, J.R.R. Tolkien, D.Adams, Ursula Le Guin but to be honest I love reading and I believe reading helps me to become a little bit wiser, ignites the imagination and allows travel anywhere while staying at home.

Any postcard is making me happy and bring a smile though if you still prefer to have some guidlines, so here there are:

*fictional characters (from literaure, classics or nowdays, and if it's not a world famous hero (i.e. Sh. Holmes) but is well-known in your country please share from what novel it is. I'd love to read it :)
*aurora borealis
*space, sci-fi theme
*landscapes, cityscapes, townscapes, seascapes, skyscapes, etc... ))
*metro maps, pictures of metro stations, railroads maps of your region/country
*fantasy creatures (dragons, mermaids, dwarves, and so on)
*books illustrations (especially fairy tales or children stories, so I could later share them with my son :)
*typical things for your country and culture

If you're stuck with choosing a card, send me any card you want to get rid of (just write a reason why you don't want it:)
I'm not really into Disney classics, erotic pictures, dressed up children (i.e. Anna Gedes), dressed up pets, transport, religious images, please keep them for people who appreciate it :)

Please write how your day was or where are you at the moment or about your hobbies, anything =) Something in your native language is cool, though translation into English is very welcome.
