Hi!
My name is Aleksandra, I live in Sandomierz, one of the most beautiful cities in Poland, where you can learn (and see!) its long history, eat delicious food and have great fun.

Collecting postcards has been my hobby from a long time. A site like this one is perfect for a person like me, not only because I am able to send and receive postcards but also to get closer to many beautiful places around the world :)

A perfect postcard? - with a city view (especially at night), its most prominent landmarks, monuments or whatever makes it special :) I love the view of sunset or sunrise too. I am also crazy about map cards and these with description of state/region/province.

My biggest wish? - to visit every corner of Turkey and India!
Passions? - traveling, reading books (especially crime stories), learning different languages (Hindi and Turkish - my favorites), watching good TV series and doing everything that makes me feel better :)

If you could please write the date and let me know what the temperature in your place is, it would be fantastic. If you have no idea what else you can write, please list your favorite song, TV series, book, food or country you would love to visit.

Although real stamps are very important to me, don't worry if the way you send the postcard only means having it registered with no stamps. As the Polish post office went crazy with the stamp prices and this year (2020) the prices have increased dramatically, I had to give up sending cards by Post Office and moved to an alternative way of sending cards where they are only registered and bar-coded. I apologize to all stamp fans for that. I did it to stay on Postcrossing. I promise I will try to paste at least one stamp from Poland on my postcards :)
