Hi, I'm Helene, I'm 30, I'm from Southern France but I've lived in Japan for 4 years recently. I'm finishing my PhD in archaeology right now...
I like a lot of things... among them: Art Deco and the 20's, photography, drawing, the universe and astronautics, archaeology, motorcycles, Dr. Who...
...and of course getting mail!

I love receiving postcards with:
* something related to what I like (from the list above), like vintage bikes, archaeological digs, a cute Dalek... ;)
* nice stamps (but no envelope, thanks!),
* old postcards (or new with old pictures),
* B&W pictures (especially of people),
* views of strange or old places,
* retro / vintage things of all kind,
* your favorite place in your town or something related to you (your life,interests...),
* if you draw, paint... something you've done yourself
...

What I'm saying is I like strange or rare postcards more than typical views of cities and famous landmarks.
I also don't really like overly cute things like puppies in baskets or little hearts... ;)

...but I will like all cards in the end, so feel free to choose your favorite! ...and tell me something about you or what you're doing! :)
