Hello, world!
So, my name is Masha and I am from Russia, a good beginning.
I'm 18 and I think it's the best age in life of every person. You are young, ambitious, naive, brave. You don't really have to think twice before you do something because it's the time when you learn from your mistakes.
Sorry to say, I've never been abroad. I really want to visit as many countries as it's possible in my life, but I need to graduate first. So, postcrossing is my first step to this enormous inspiring world and I want to know something about people out there.
I'm studying mathematics, physics and foreign languages (english and french). I believe that mathematics is one of the most beautiful and exciting things in this universe. And I feel like I belong to the theatre world, 'cause I think I'm good at acting (at least I feel relieved on the stage and people like what I do) and I really like literature (my favourite writer is Ray Bradbury). And I adore poetry as well!
People are always surprised, that I act, play the guitar and sing. I'm supposed to be that "crazy scientist" when I'm not.
I'm trying to live my life without any regrets, to live the moment and to stay myself.
I always want to know more. New people, new places, new facts are sources of inspiration for me. So, what's next? I don't know! But it's the best thing about our lives, isn't it?

So, I shouldn't have any preferences, but I actually have. I would be really interested in knowing something about your country, your habits and pastimes, some facts that are not written in books. And I really like cards that are not easy to find in my hometown, something that is connected with your culture. I would be happy if you could write something in your own language.

I'm looking forward to hearing from different parts of the world. So come on, let's begin this adventure!
