Dear friend

My name is Minke and I do postcrossing for my little girl Liv, who is 4 years old.

She loves getting postcards, with her name on it. We live in a little village near Basel. I was born in the Netherlands and I moved to Zwitserland for 12 years. And for 6 years I met the love of my life, who is Swiss and now we are married and have 2 Kids.
Liv goes in Kindergarten and loves it, she feels really big now that she goes to school ! Her Hero is in this Moment Lillyfee, its ofcourse from a fairytale about a princess, she also like hello kitty, barbie. And when I asked her why she loves her daddy so much, she told me it's because he makes her laugh.

I work on the Intensive care as a Nurse and I feel really happy there and love my work. My hero ofcourse is Florence Nightingale, because she never gave up fighting for what she believes in and she made a difference in what is now called nursing. She was a Nurse, who did not want to be the dokters helper, she wanted to be a Nurse and help heal the patient as much as a dokter does.
