About nalikamenika...

Hi, my real real name is Hana from Indonesia.

My country have 5 biggest islands, and I live in 2 of them, Jawa and Sulawesi. In Jawa, I live in Yogyakarta, the only province in Indonesia that still ruled by a King. This city is so classic. We keep things as the way our ancestors thought us. Maybe it sounds way too traditional, but that's the most interesting thing and make this city so special. That is why Yogyakarta become the next tourist destination after Bali, I think.
In Sulawesi, I spend my childhood wandering across Sulawesi, and just back there recently to make a living. Sulawesi has beautiful natural potential to explored to, but I haven't any chances to. My ambition is to explore this Island and explore it's beauty.

I love to do sport, especially martial arts. I love to dance too, but since what I do the most is to martial arts, I always end up to do the male part in my every performances. My dance group name is De Japan Odori Holic. We specialized on Japanese traditional dance, called Yosakoi. I meet my mates when I learn Japanese.
I also have my live-action performance group. Together with martial arts community in Yogyakarta, we created Paguyuban Kembang Seroja, a group that bring martial arts and costume playing on one stage. I think we're gradually getting better on this.

Basically I'd love to receive any kind of postcard, but i like:
- anything about traditional martial arts
- traditional culture, celebration, etc of your country/city
- scenery, landscapes, beaches, woods, forest
- something special that only exist/happen in your country

I want to know things that happen in the other side of the earth and getting to know you all. Please write greeting in your own language, and do the rest in English.

Happy postcrossing ^o^
