About Myriam...

Hi,

I'm 56, maried and I have two grown-up sons.
I have a part-time administrative job in a hospital.

I like art, music , opera, ballet, poetry, theater, museums , history , our familytree , reading , making a walk when autumn leaves start to fall or with the first snow,.......
Days are always too short :)

I want to try to start a (little) project : I would like to make a rope swirl tapestry with string from all over the world.
If you could send me a piece of string, yarn, cotton thread, a shoe-lace,.... I would be very glad :)

But don't feel pressured, I'll will be glad to recieve your beautifull, interesting, artistic, funny ..... postcards from all over the world.

If you need inspiration you can take a look at my favorites ;I like postcards with:

paintings and drawings,
graphic design,
street-art,
drawings or paintings of cityviews,gardens,landscapes...
ballet,
albumcovers,
songlyrics,
(childrens)book illustrations,
poetry,
black and white pictures,
vintage pictures,
drawings of a cat,
vintage postcards,
vintage and retro seasons greatings,
creative handmade cards,
.......

No inspiration what to write on your postcard???

What's your city, your country like?
What happened to you this week, this year.

Your favorite book, movie ,time of year, ....

You can always tell me something about the card itself.

Or you can write down a poem or a quote you like.

If your message is to long, you can double the space by sending the card in an enveloppe (I don't mind) :)

If you don't know what to write, I also like a decorated card, so get creative and let yourself go with pen, paint, stamps, gelpens, stickers, paper,.... Draw a bird, a plane, superman ...... :)

And if life get's in the way and your inspiration has dried up, just write the date and happy postcrossing (don't forget your name and the ID).
Next time the space on your card will be to small :)

Looking forward to recieving your post-cards

Myriam
