About mynikko...

Hello,

This is Nikko and I am an application developer (aka programmer) in my mid-30s. I enjoy reading, watching movies, taking photos (mostly studio nude) and collecting stamps, coins, paper money, vintage watches and antique books. I do have two pet guinea pigs called MJ & DD.

I like classical music, especially classical piano, because I play piano. My favorite composers are Chopin, Beethoven and Rachmaninoff. I also listen to the US pop music.

If you are sending me a card, I would suggest street scenes of your country or anything that can reflect your culture or your way of life. I am more interested in people and streets than animals, natural scenes or plants. Even a piece of your local new paper article stuck on a card is fine. Another idea would be filling the card with stamps of small denominations (leave some room for the address, of course).

I used to live in one of the most liberal cities: San Francisco, so I am open to anything: from Muslim to Catholic, from Plato to GLBT, from political debates to BDSM. It's your show; surprise me.

Please do NOT send me:
* an enveloped card (a real postcard should be mailed directly and the postage is cheaper too)
* a blank card (that defeats the purpose of postcrossing)

I usually register the cards on the day I received them.

== How I Send My Postcards ==
* All cards will have at least 2 stamps. Depending on the postage, Europe and America usually have 4.
* All cards will be hand-written and include a personal message, date and, of course, Postcrossing ID (on both sides).
* All cards will be scanned and uploaded prior mailing. If the card is lost, I will message you the scanned images (of both front and back) so you can at least know what I wrote to you.
* All cards will be unique. I do not buy duplicates. In fact, I started ordering cards that are custom made, which contains pictures I took. One print per shot, so what you receive is truly one of a kind. I do not send nudity unless the profile explicitly stated that nudity is welcomed.
