I am a substitute teacher and mom to two twenty something daughters. I love gardening and growing vegetables in the short summers we have here. I am interested in sustainable living and minimalist lifestyles, although I have a ways to go in paring down my possessions. I have three cats and two dogs. When I have free time like to create art using collage, stamps and drawing. I enjoy watching documentaries, especially about food or food production. I love the series Chef's Table on Netflix. I have recently lost 45 pounds on weight watchers and am continuing to get healthier. I enjoy feeding and watching birds, and love nature.
